Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, fibre broadband, water, and communal TV licence) with fair usage.

The communal floors (only) are cleaned every week and the garden is maintained by a gardener.

To secure a room we require: a holding deposit (1 weeks rent), which will be used towards your first month’s rent. After successful referencing, a security deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent) will be required. Once your tenancy agreement is signed the first month’s rent (less the holding deposit) will be due.
