We have a commitment to resolve issues quickly and reliably. We often find that tenants in shared houses (individual rooms) do not tell us all the time of problems they are experiencing – we do not mind being told by multiple tenants.
Please attach photos or videos of the problem (if possible) but also remember to confirm your house and room number; all of which will help our contractors bring the right tools and equipment to fix your problem.
Repairs for non-emergencies that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telepathic people….😊
Emergencies must continue to be reported to us by telephone or to the appropriate emergency service.
