This is a extremely convenient and good sized modern house less than 5 minutes walk to E15 - 3 bathrooms, a large sitting room, eating area and large patio and garden(maintained by landlord) - all completely refurbished as new Each room will be fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, beside table and chest of drawers (not shown in photos as yet). There are 6 double bedrooms and 1 small double room available on a room-by-room all-inclusive basis. Fibre optic broadband via WIFI in all rooms and communal areas - over 700 meg download! Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, fibre broadband, water, and communal TV licence) with fair usage. The communal floors (only) are cleaned every week and the garden is maintained by a gardener. Bedroom: This bedroom includes a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and bedside table.   To secure a room we require: a holding deposit (1 weeks rent), which will be used towards your first month’s rent. After successful referencing, a security deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent) will be required. Once your tenancy agreement is signed the first month’s rent (less the holding deposit) will be due.
