Description

This five bedroom house is located around 15 minutes from the E15 and has easy access to local shops and transport links. Bedrooms: 5 doubles; all with a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and bedside table, 1 room has an en-suite. There is a separate, communal fully fitted kitchen as well as a communal conservatory / sitting room and dining room in a neutral decor with seating. The communal floors (only) are cleaned every two weeks and the rear garden is maintained by a gardener. This house has gas central heating. Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, broadband, water, and communal TV licence) for fair usage. There is a coin-operated tumble dryer. The central heating is managed. To secure a room we require: a holding deposit (1 weeks rent), which will be used towards your first month’s rent. After successful referencing, a security deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent) will be required. Once your tenancy agreement is signed the first month’s rent (less the holding deposit) will be due.
