If your budget for a new rental property is more than £300 per week (£1,300 per calendar month), we are able to offer you a special service designed to make finding a suitable property faster and a whole lot more convenient!
How it Works
Having listened to your requirements we will put together a tour of properties matching your requirements. We will then email you a schedule before meeting you and whisking you around 5 or 6 properties.
Why it Makes Sense
The beauty of this service is that it doesn’t just include the properties available on our lettings list! We have a good rapport with many of the leading agents and they are happy to make keys to their properties available to us on a half commission basis (If you take their property, they will share the commission with us). This means that you get to see a good selection of property without the tiresome job of having the same conversations over and over again with several agents. Neither do you have to find their offices; we will collect all the keys, before collecting you. This service is at no cost to you (subject to terms and conditions).
